Welcome to a perfect luxury cottage in the field, in the center of Bar Harbor and the heart of Acadia National Park on Mount Desert Island in Maine

CHECK-IN : 3:00PM or after. Contact our office if you need to arrive later than 7:00PM. 207.288.9552. If you would like to arrive earlier than 3:00pm, please call us 24 hours before arrival and we will try to accommodate your request.

CHECK-OUT : 11:00AM. Thank you.

SMOKE FREE : No smoking on the property. Guests who smoke in the rooms or suites will be charged a fee of $300 for cleaning and repair.

WIFI : Each suite is equipped with WiFi. Simply turn on your WiFi enabled computer to connect to the internet as you normally do.

ULLIKANA GIFT CERTIFICATES : Ullikana Gift Certificate are a wonderful way to celebrate that special someone in your life, a Birthday or Anniversary Gift. Call 207.288.9552.

BREAKFAST : Breakfast is served starting at 8:00AM.

PETS : We CANNOT accommodate pets.

PARKING : We have a private parking lot for our guests. Park at the Inn and walk about town.

CHILDREN : The Inn is not appropriate for children 12 years of age or younger. No child under 18 may occupy a guest room overnight unless accompanied by a parent overnight in that room.

RESERVATIONS : All rates are based on double occupancy. We require a guaranteed deposit of the first night of lodging plus 9% sales tax. We accept Visa or Mastercard. Refunds are provided only with 21 days notice less $50 administration fee.

YOUR RATE INCLUDES : Breakfast, of course, and evening social hour beverages and snacks.

METHODS OF PAYMENT : Visa, MasterCard and cash. Rates are based on double-occupancy. Additional Maine lodging tax of 9% applies.

MINIMUM STAY : Two-night stay required on weekends. Call for availability of one night.

DEPOSIT : A deposit payment is required to confirm your booking. A stay of 1 night requires the full total room rate for a deposit. Stays of 2+ nights require a 50% deposit. Reservations are made with a valid credit card.

CANCELLATIONS : If you need to cancel or change your reservation, our office must be notified 21 days prior to the arrival date. We are a small inn, cancellations and changes greatly affect us. All cancellations, changes to the number of nights, or arrival and departure dates, within the 21 day period will result in a charge for the total amount plus 9% Maine State Lodging Tax for 100% of the original reservation. (Shortening a reservation is considered a cancellation.)

CANCELLATIONS — REFUND OF DEPOSIT : If you cancel prior to the 21-day cancellation period your deposit will be refunded less a $50 processing fee per reserved room. If you cancel a portion of your reservation within the 21-day cancellation period you will still be financially responsible for those date(s) unless we can re-book them.

CANCELLATIONS — FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT
Cancellations within the 21-day notice of cancellation period will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

We will make every effort to re-rent your suite or room but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If we are able to re-rent, we will reimburse you for the rented nights. There is a 30-day cancellation period policy for Holiday Reservations, Group Reservations or Special Events.
